Another review regarding their complete lack of consultation on the implementation of ‘transaction fees’. At no point did I agree to being charged transaction fees, yet last month I was suddenly charged three times my subscription fee ($230 to $750). I immediately contacted their accounts team. No response after three follow ups. I then get charged four times my subscription fee this month ($1,200 which maxes my credit card). I immediately live chat them and I’m told that ‘my account manager’ will be in contact. I’ve been with Kounta for over 8 years, I’ve never had an ‘account manager’. This is fraudulent, how can you charge four times your subscription fee without an updated agreement? We will be disputing the charges. We will also be moving our business away. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Existing customers, RUN!
