I would give them a zero if I could. This site is a total SCAM. First, they offer great deals. Once you purchase, they call you to tell you that the fare you purchased does not include carry on/personal item. You tell them that you know that the fare does include (per the airline fare types and restrictions). They will argue that they sold you a cheap ticket because they have a different definition than the airline (which makes no sense). They tell you, that to avoid losing what you paid, you need to pay for an upgrade that is worth >50% of the ticket value. When you tell them that you are not paying this, to then cancel… they tell you that your ticket is non-refundable. Net, you either pay what they say or lose your money. I personally told them to issue the ticket as I purchased it (with the airline coding, for example Economy) and that I would deal with the airline as Economy is economy and the airline clearly states what you get and don’t get. At that point, they then agreed to reimburse… Nothing of what they were saying made sense. They will confuse the customer and try to force you to pay a lot more to avoid losing what you already paid. I don’t know how these people are allowed to do business.. Stay away from them… they are a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!
