The end result was beautiful. The painting is gorgeous and perfect and accurate of a lost loved one but the process was a little stressful. The turnaround time wasn’t as good as you claimed, and the communication was horrible for a point there. I thought this was a scam, but other than that, the end product was beautiful that’s the truth
