They say that correspondence with the one who sent you cryptocurrency is suitable (screenshots: telegram, whatsapp, skype etc.) I sent them a screenshot of correspondence with customers (I’m in advertising SMM)I sent the documents for KYC (I verified), but they are silent, probably because I am Ukrainian and my nation can be mocked!If in doubt, simply return the money back. n.exchange are looking for every excuse to steal.
