Very very poor verification of transfers. I transferred money to scammers and was undetected by Kraken. Although it was my own transaction Kraken just dropped me in the deep and closed the account. Admitting that their verification was poor in my eyes. The non support probably has to do with the fact that their platform allows these transactions.Bitvavo (other platform) helped me even if the transaction wasn’t done by them.
