Step1: I opened a new account in Coinbase and got verified. Step2: Then I got funds transferred to Coinbase. Bought the crypto currency and sent it to an external wallet for investment. I took about 5 days for the funds to available to be sent.Step3: Followed step 2 again with additional funds into Coinbase and then the problem started. They blocked my sending to the same wallet, in the name of security.It is a good thing to have a fraud prevention team but they are not able to release to the lock even after talking to the customer. The lead time to release the lock is 15-30 days, that is after I have a survey question filled.First when you get to them on the chat, they do not inform what is exactly needed and second I had to find their customer service number from a google search.I was asked to complete the survey on the chat which I did and nothing.Then I called them, I was asked to complete another survey and time to resolve this is 15-30 days.So banks do this all the time for wires, but they release the funds immediately after they talk to the customer.I have cashed out of Coinbase and the customer service is horrible and condescending in ways.
