Do not book with Agoda they are a SCAM. If there are any issues they are of no help. Contacting them is next to impossible. In my issue they advertised free cancelation. I mistakenly double booked a hotel for a week. When I recognized my mistake I requested a refund on one of the bookings. A 3% refund was offered. They refunded me $7.03on a $234.18 booking after advertising free cancelation.
