Stay away from this company. They sell you a ticket, the next day they call and say the fare is not available and you need to pay for an upgrade. They try to make you believe you cannot even travel with carry on (when I had already checked with the airline the luggage restrictions for the fare). They try to force you into paying 1/2 the price of the ticket for an upgrade that you don’t need. When I asked to then refund, they say that my fare is not refundable. After talking with 4 people and telling them I will raise a claim, they have agreed to refund me. Stay away from these people. They are a TOTAL SCAM!!!! They will threaten that you will lose the ticket because your ticket is not refundable. They will tell you that their definition of economy is different from your ticketed airline definition of economy. I purchased an economy ticket with UA through them. The airlines states economy tickets are eligible for a personal item and carry on. They say, you cannot bring anything and you need to pay more (50+% more). They define economy different. To me if I buy a UA economy ticket, I am expecting to get the restrictions defined by the airline for economy tickets. Stay away from these people… they are TERRIBLE!!!
