Just scammers out to steal your money, which I learned the hard way. After being tricked by an advertisement on investment options using special software, I got in contact with them.Initially i deposited a small amount, then placed a withdrawal request a week later, meanwhile the Phoenixtb financial advisor kept asking for more funds to be transferred and he came-up with a nice crypto deal, or so I thought. I was tricked into transferring an additional €50.000,-, and still all seemed ok. I was able to withdrawal my initial investment, and after that some additional €500,-, meanwhile I was quite aggressively asked to start a second account for crypto staking, after opening the account and transfer of additional funds, the real issues started, when I wanted to withdrawal funds, I was told I had to pay a special fee, when I replied that I would than close my staking account, I was informed I had to pay a 12.5% fee over the full value of the account, so even over my own investment! Paying the fee by using the funds on the initial trading account, I was informed, was not possible. After that withdrawals were completely blocked. Essentially I found out the hard way that the people there are no more than Scammers, only out to get as much money out of you as they can, and then they loose interest and don’t reply anymore.And don’t think 0 11 2 or slama will help, as they will not.Be smarter than I was and just don’t get involved with any of them
