Stylevana

    I have placed a couple orders through Stylevana and I always post the extra for insured shipping. Well one of my packages seems to have been lost in transit. It’s been a month and a half, the package hasn’t arrived, AND an order I placed after the lost order has already arrived. So I emailed Stylevana saying the package has been lost, and that UPS claims they’ve never received it. Stylevana support told me to wait longer. I waited until after my second order arrived (two weeks) emailed them again asking them to honor the insured shipping and refund my order, and now they are ignoring my emails. I’ve sent them two and waited a week between each one and they now won’t respond. I’m going to have to resort to contesting the charge with PayPal to get my money back. Their whole insured shipping thing just seems to be a total scam and they definitely won’t honor it. I’m disappointed because this is the first time I’ve had issues with a package from them and I didn’t realize they’d be so shady.
