I placed my order on 01/09/23 and Spent over £120. When my order arrived, it was wrong. The quality is awful not only of the hoodies but the stitch work. They took ages to respond to my incorrect order email but offered 50% refund. I accepted but havent received the refund and now they’re not replying to my emails. In fact I noticed that the email “name” went from their actual email address to showing “Lucas zhang”I’ve tried contacting via the website but no response.It is now 05/10/23.I guess I’ve been totally scammed – DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
