Lastminute

    I travel at least 6 times a year and have never seen such a scam company and ridiculous customer service. They first book the flight and once you made the full payment they will send an email saying the flight couldn’t be confirmed and the refund will take FEW DAYS to reach your account (how many days? God knows). What if the customer can not book another flight until the money reaches their account? what if the flight prices go up by the time you refund??? I ended up buying the same ticket from another company immediately with no issues. BUT YOU ARE A SCAM AND TRYING TO KEEP CUSTOMER’S MONEY FOR SOME TIME AND THEN REFUND.
