Zero stars should be available. I have been getting debited each month from Bright using my checking account information, no less. I tried logging into the account I supposedly had. Nothing works. I’m not able to view any account information. I was able to request an online chat that you can tell is clearly run by a chatbot. None of my questions were answered even when I threatened to contact the authorities. My query was not taken seriously. I assure you I am quite serious about this. I understand a lot of these customer service jobs are outsourced overseas for cheaper labor but at least have a real person answering your chat or get an experienced IT professional to ensure your chatbot functions properly. You are opening yourself up to lawsuits. I will be reporting you to my local authorities for fraudulent business practices.
