SCAM!! NEGATIVE STARS, IF POSSIBLE!!Charged for two rooms though only booked one. Upon further investigation, hotel reception kindly told us that the two reservations were booked by two different business names (G2 Travel & Miki Travel Limited) neither of which showed on our credit card statement – only Algotel. Tried resolving the issue with Algotel, but never got a response to emails nor did any human ever answer their phone line. Now I must wait 15 business days before I can file a dispute with my credit card company. AVOID ALGOTEL – IT IS A SCAM!!
