I have just discovered that £15 a month has been going from my bank account to completesave.co.uk. I only discovered this when a friend told me she’d been scammed by an organisation called Complete Savings. It rang a bell so I checked my bank statement and discover payments are going out from my account too. In one month three payments went out. I have NEVER signed up to them. I have seen their offer as it pops up whenever I book a train ticket but it’s not something that would ever appeal to me and I have never used them. Now I see that many, many other people seem to have been signed up without their knowledge. They’ve managed to get a large sum of money without my agreement or signature or knowledge.
