absolutely horrible experience from klook, bought the nights of frights tickets from klook and when i asked customer service if the devil horns are available for collection they said yea we have devil horns that can be collected. So tdy i went to sunway pyramid sunwaypals counter to collect the horns they said actually my ticket doesnt include the horns , mcb waste my time come all the way to sunway pyramid for nothing ! what a scam do not buy from KLOOK
