I saw that 1000 dollars had been debited from my credit card by Helium10 and I immediately logged in and saw what was happening. I noticed that my helium10 account has been used by others for a long time. I swear I did not share my account with anyone, I opened 2FA yesterday and changed my password. These guys used my account and upgraded my package, why would I want this if the ones I allowed did it. I have been scammed right now and you are not helping me/ I want to stay in the platinum package. Please refund my $1000. I want to cry right now. I was literally defrauded of 1000 dollars. Where did these guys get the password? Is there a guarantee that they haven’t hacked your site?
