They were taking money from my credit card account for 6 months before i realised that they were taking £15 per month for 6 months. My credit card have refunded this, sent me a new card etc. They acknowledged that it was a scam. Today, 10 days later, I received a letter from my credit card company telling me that they couldn’t help. The letterhead did not quite look like previous letters, they had used my original card number and the font was slightly different……My credit card provider knew nothing of the letter. I spoke to the laptop company who refused to accept that their sytem cannot be secure. The fact that they are not only stealing money from my account, but had also got my address worried me enough to present at the Police station. They were totally dismissive…….Please be very wary of this company. It is clearly an extremely dangerous set up who seem to be prepared to go to any lengths……
