Scam. Held my money hostage when the service I paid for wasn’t delivered fully (I paid to reserve a specific seat, and was automatically allocated one instead). Customer service was abominable, kept me waiting for 72 hours (and I had to chase them twice when they failed to get back to me in time) full of canned responses and references to a “policy” where they wanted to charge me for their mistake. Avoid Klook at all costs.
