I cannot get a refund. I advised chat and they told me that if I did not receive my order by Monday October 31, 2022 they would refund my monies. On chat they kept me waiting for an answer for 1/2 hour and never finished the chat.They are impossible to deal with and I am probably going to lose my money. Stay away. They are scam artists.
