Customer service associate is being dishonest and they have taken money from my account. Asked to cancel my subscription so charged me and pretended I asked for another order. No records or messages to suggest this happened aside form taking money from my account. Complete frauds. Made a GDPR request for all my interaction data and evidence. Will report to the ICO if process is not followed. I have been charged £300 in 3 weeks. Do not trust. Do not use
