Total scam. The private viewing service simply doesn’t work. They repeat the same line ‘it takes time for us to pull the data’ after 8 days I’d had enough. They can’t give a timeline to deliver just continue to state they give 100% results – which reading the reviews below they simply don’t. They always seem friendly initially when responding to customer service queries until you push them then they get nasty and aggressive. AVOID. I have reported to my bank. They are also stalling on a refund despite not delivering what I paid for. Shameful.UPDATE: they have now offered a partial refund for my dissatisfaction with their non-existent service. But aren’t offering a full refund. Their pleasant demeanour in the public domain does not match the reality.FURTHER UPDATE: they issued a refund minus 9% for payment processing fees so NOT a full refund by any means. Clearly the scam is the 9% but I couldn’t be bothered to try and fight for it. Long and short they can’t do what they say they can, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
