    I am taking legal action against this company, which hides behind its “rules” and policies to escape accountability. Not only do they lack good customer service, an office, or a phone number (despite the huge profits they make from memberships and scamming people), but they also refuse to listen to your concerns.I started with this company a couple of years ago, looking for a nanny for our daughter. Everything went wonderfully, and once I found the nanny, I decided to cancel the posting and my membership. Now, years later, after my current nanny has left, I decided to reopen my profile and repost the job.The shock has been absolutely horrifying when I realized they have charged me three times for the first month, and upon reviewing the information, I discovered they have been regularly charging me for years, even after I canceled the first time.Now, I realize they have this hidden “Cancel” system, making people have to cancel multiple times before it actually happens. This wouldn’t be a problem if a reputable agency understood the mistake and refunded the money. But instead, they only respond with their policies and claim the case is closed.We are doing everything we can to expose this company’s fraud further.
