Total scam! There has to be a way to shut this website down. We got caught too. Hotel ok with canceling a 4th night. PLUS they charge an obscene service fee. My husband was in a hurry trying to change plans and got caught in this scam. Problem is once they have your money, they don’t want to give it up.
