Wish I had read these reviews earlier. Over two weeks of waiting for me, believing previous excuses as customer service was always “friendly”. Obviously this company is a massive scam!Update: I have replied to Glassagrams request for additional information. Will update review if resolution reached.Update 2: As of September 25th I have still not received further correspondence after answering to their reply asking for the ‘additional information’
