Route is a scam! All the 5 star reviews here are from businesses using the service not from customers lmao. I bought a top from a store that was supposed to be new but it was a used top that was resold. The retailer directed me to Route to solve the problem but as always, Route said it “wasn’t in their policy” to grant a refund so they didn’t. This company really doesn’t refund anyone as nothing falls under their policies to refund and companies are just relying on them to provide “extra protection” for purchases when in reality Route doesn’t actually cover anything at all. This company is a scam that offers no actual refunds for customers. I couldn’t even find a phone number to contact them so they are a fake business who is just collecting money from innocent shoppers.
