Like many others here, I placed an order that was canceled with the promise that my order would be refunded. It was not. Customer service claimed the refund didn’t go through because there was an issue with my bank. Never have had an issue with my bank when it comes to refunds but even if that was the case wouldn’t this company have notified me? After reading multiple other reviews it seems likely this website is a scam.
