I booked an hotel for 5nights with my girls I called the hotel 24hr prior to my departure as I didn’t receive any confirmation for my stay there , seems they cant allocated my reservation at the property!!!! And ofc everything is paid ! Contacted customer service , they did answer me and were kind and telling not to worry but they are taking their time and I have a flight to catch and still haven’t provided a real confirmation from the hotel for the reservation , i am very skeptic still but I sure hope this will all work out for the best and indeed it was not a scam … 3rd party are frustrating and the end is great as hallelujah it all worked out but those were horrible hours of being in the void! They did take care of me I have to give them that credit and I have a booking but it would be preferable to get the right confirmation number and a solution inc add such a thing occurs
