Lastminute

    Lastminute.com verges on being a scam, so I strongly recommend avoiding it. We paid extra for a premium package, thinking we’d have the flexibility to change or cancel our trip. While we should have read the fine print, it’s misleading to have a button labelled “Request a Refund” that ends up costing us over £1000 without any reason, invoice, or explanation. And don’t count on customer chat for help—they only repeat the phrase “Can I help you with anything else”. No phone line available to contact anyone
