This place is utter fraudulent! I asked a one time question and was under the impression that I paid a vet to answer. I had no idea it was a monthly membership. I have been charged without knowing for 7 months unknowingly. They have foreign people who you cannot even understand over the phone. I never signed anything agreeing to a monthly membership. I would NEVER recommend using this company.
