I have been fighting with them for weeks to get my money back. They keep ignoring my issues and give me very AI like responses. Now I have to provide a BANK STATEMENT to be wired MY money. They are falsifying their company’s net worth by inflating their value through retained and deposited funds. It’s wire fraud – and if you are having the same issues with the company as everyone else on this website, FILE A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT with your local department of justice (or country equivilant) – here in the US you can file an internet crime complaint with the FBI. Google Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) [can’t put links] it’s a DOT gov address.I have never seen such disregard for customers and their money. I have never seen such flagrant disregard for laws, both domestic and international. I hope they get investigated soon. They will not answer your questions, they are using AI chat bots or a small group of the same people to talk to customers as various “agents” – all of the answers I keep getting from the same person have varying linguistic patterns and never the same “answer” to the same question. They keep saying I asked to close my account and leave my money. I have fallen on hard times and need to withdraw the money I have left to pay a bill and they do not care. They do not care about anything but money and lies.
