I only paid 1 dollar for 1 document translation, then they started a 1 month subscription without my knowledge and charged 39 dollars on my card. As soon as I saw the charge on my card, 20 minutes later I called my bank to dispute the charge and canceled my card and went to the scammers’ website and canceled the subscription they made without my knowledge and sent them an email saying that I did not receive any service from you and I do not want to receive any service from you and asked for a refund, but they do not refund my money.
