Contacted us 3 days before our arrival date to say our hotel had been overbooked and we had been relocated to a new hotel, upon calling the new hotel they had no idea about the booking and when I asked Super.com to provide full confirmation/booking details they stopped contacting us! They have given absolutely no contact in regards to a full refund and I will be reporting the website and getting legal support. SCAM.
