Agoda is a scam. I cant believe i didnt check this before booking through them.I booked in a hotel they stated accepted pets, said in the booking request i was traveling with a pet, then i was denied booking, hotel claims is agoda who has to process the refund, agoda claims they cant do nothing. They are either scammers or are enabling scammers. Either way stay far.
