    I cancelled my account. A week later I discover a charge of $200+ NZD. I request to refund, which they acknowledge and say it will be processed within 9 days. We are now at 9 days. I’ve sent countless emails to their support asking for a status on my refund request, and they simply respond and say that it is ‘in queue’. Shocking how a company can take your money and then take so long to process a refund or not process it at all. If I see a refund reflected on my bank statement, I will amend this review. If the refund is not processed however, I will be issuing a fraud chargeback through my bank.DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS ON THIS WEBSITE.
