It’s a scam! Don’t buy whatever things from this company! I spent around £63 for a Cambridge Punting Tour voucher on 7-Aug-23. The partnership company in Cambridge refused to provide service because their contract with Klook ended. I immediately contacted Klook, and they could not help me on the spot. They promised to check my case and arrange a refund. I waited for more than a month and contacted them several times, the answer for every contact was the same, they would check the case and get back to me shortly. It has been more than a month. None of their CS staff honoured their promises!! I am thinking of filing my formal complaint to the UK Citizen Advice or Hong Kong Consumer Council!
