Would give it zero if possible. I wish I had seen these other reviews prior to purchase. I an hearing impaired but still thought maybe I’d be able to hear well enough to give it a try. You cannot hear any instruction over the stupid background muzak and the guy has such a thick accent it is just too hard to understand. I’ve requested refund 3 times. I’ve heard nothing back. They give you a ticket number that’s it. I will be telling my credit card company they are fraudulent. They assured 100% satisfaction DO NOT BUY HYPNOZIO!!! SCAM!!!IN REGARDS TO HYPNOZIO REPLY. YOU HAVE BEEN SENT ALL OF THIS INFO MULTIPLE TIMES INCLUDING NOW THROUGH TRUST PILOT. YOUR RESPONSE IS INCREDULOUS
