They’ve all but ghosted me completely. Customer service takes at least 1 full business day to respond. They keep saying they have issues fulfilling my offer, and the customer service rep “Mary” alternates between canned responses. They took my money well over a month ago and haven’t even given me a tracking number. Terrible scam.
