Exactly the same as other people who reviewed below.Its a TOTAL SCAM…They will email you and even answer the phone, it will go on for months and months [5 months for me!]They cancel the purchase and keep the money. They never refund… [even though they will promise it multiple times].Have got the Credit Card Company involved.SAD situ – Avoid at all costs !*** UPDATE ***Was just contacted by Trust Pilot (TP). Watch Rapport are actively seeking to discredit the negative reviews. They are making TP gather proof / evidence of what happened. Meanwhile the FAKE positive reviews are not checked.!!
