I recently tried to purchase a server for hosting my new AI algorithm. I decided to go with the cheapest 25$ option. I paid 30$ to be safe and decided to go for it. When I clicked deploy, a message popped up saying I needed atleast 50$ to deploy a server. Naturally, I contacted their support team via ticket and asked for a refund and explained my problem. They told me I had to go put more money into my account and completely dodged any idea of a refund. I told them that you they mislead me with no label anywhere about this 50$ minimum (you can look if you like). My account was suspended and funds were thus locked.
