Unethical billing practices. I paid for a six month subscription but wasn’t finding the app very helpful for me personally (i chose to use another app) I wasn’t aware that I would be auto-billed a renewal. I never received a reminder that the subscription would auto renew. When the charge came through – I had to redownload the app to cancel the subscription and I immediately contacted customer service to let them know I would like a refund. They refused. This app hasn’t been logged into in over four months by me – their refund policy is unethical. Just another scam to bill people automatically!
