DO NOT TAKE THIS OUT.THE REFUND PROCEDURE IS A SCAMI decided that I would like to install this software on my preteens phone, I purchased it, didnt install but the phone was seized by UK police as a safeguarding issue/ongoing case. I contacted mspy for a refund obviously well within 14 days but apparently no longer having the phone/seized by police means we are not liable for a refund….Basically the refund procedure covers nothing.
