Just now Agoda messed up my family’s hotel booking. Booking was confirmed and transacted few days ago, when checking in the hotel booking system shows no such booking. Almost scam level service as when hotel manager found extra rooms and offer to us, Agoda said no as they need some head office approval for a one night booking that got missing (but charging the credit card still, well played finance department).Ridiculous, never again Agoda
