I asked for their help to reset my password; one day I just couldn’t log in. The next day they sent me an email stating that they were forfeiting my earnings of 150,000+ points ($50+) due to something that they said I was doing on the platform! I had NOT done anything different than usual and had been doing suverys consistently for over 6 months without any issues! This is a fraudelant, unfair, and untrustworthy survey company and I would not recommend anyone waste their time on this site. They don’t care about your energy or time and will remove you as a participant on a whim! #FAIL
