Booking.com has no ethics or customer service! Take pictures of your reservation prior to booking or they’ll just raise the price when they charge your card…….expect to pay around 8% more if you order on a mobile device!!!! @ Booking.com You guys are just trying to save face on social media meanwhile you’re unethically scamming people. NO ONE ON PLANET EARTH SCREENSHOTS THEIR RESERVATION BEFORE CHECKING OUT! People take pictures of their CONFIRMATION info not the cart…. The only reason someone would need to do that is if the company is known for being unethical…. Which is the case here. It’s disgusting and we are reporting you to the BBB.
