This is a SCAM company operating in the UK but having no presence. It is actually a company based in CHINA and not making its presence known to attract customers. Regardless, the service is extremely poor. Highly priced cheap items. Bought a ceiling light worth £249 was delivered damaged. Asked for return but refused saying they don’t accept it. Asked me to return the item at my expense which I did and spend another £119 for returning it to CHINA. The item was not delivered and they did not accept it and was retuned back to me. I’m now here leading to nowhere with damaged item sitting with me and having spend the price plus the shipping cost. I wonder why is such a company still not blocked from trading in the UK where it doesn’t abide to the UK’s rules.
