Not a scam, but a trap. Taking the free trial I was able to earn a little over £21 cash back and cancelled before the £15 a month charge kicked in. Cancelling over the phone was easy. A word of warning re the gift cards they offer at a discount – I brought a £15 national express voucher, should have been £13.20 (12% discount) the transaction has been classed as a cash withdrawal-£5 charge from my credit card, and as tickets are 20% off on the website – you can’t spend the vouchers without giving up the discount. Customer service for the vouchers it rubbish.
