We used booking dot com for an airport transfer at Krakow. The driver left us there! This is a PAID IN ADVANCE service so our money is gone! Definition of a SCAM! I recommend NOT using this. There are plenty of very pleasant and economically viable taxis outside which ARE reliable and are paid after the service is delivered!
