I feel very disappointed with this company, it all started when I requested my unlocking on July 25, I paid 28 dollars and then 50 dollars. According to you, you had to wait 23 days to unlock. They issued me a credit note and after 23 days I paid with that credit note. Only later they asked me for 163 dollars. I assumed that maybe that would be it, now they notify me that my cell phone has been unlocked and it is a lie. I wrote them an email and they haven’t responded. They don’t even have a customer service phone number. The fraud with this page is very unfortunate. I wish they were responsible for returning my 163 dollars, because according to their email if they didn’t unblock me they would return my money. Please be very careful with this page.
