I wish I could give them a zero! I see I’m not the only one being given the run around. I emailed daily asking for an appointment because their website portal is not functioning. I waited 2 weeks for the original appointment I was given only with to be told there was a double booking error and I did not have an appointment no one will reschedule me. The website will not allow me to reschedule. I’ve been told they’re waiting on my blood work which they’ve had since the day after I had it drawn. I’ve been told they’re doing website updates and someone will get back to me. I’ve been told they’ve reset my account and all I have to do is go back in and schedule an appointment. No one will call me back. This is a scam!!!? Do not sign up! I plan to call my bank in the morning and dispute the charges and cancel my credit card so they can no longer bill me.
